I like this pack n play. The changing table is fine. Another review mentioned that it tilts and her baby rolls. Mine tilts a bit as well, but we've gotten better at adjusting the baby so he's not rolling around. This pack n play was easy to put together.

I got this one because I liked the napper concept. However, I was under the impression that you could detach the napper and use it elsewhere. That is not the case. The napper "hangs" inside the pack-n-play, so if you take it off and lay it on the floor, it loses its shape. This is the only reason I gave this product 4 stars, not 5. It would have been nice if you could take the napper off and use it somewhere else. That aside, the pack n play is great. My newborn loved the napper, and we removed it at about 5 weeks to allow him to sleep on the flat surface of the bassinet insert.

This is the second pack n play that we have purchased in two years. Our first one was recalled. I loved every single feature of that pack n play. The Graco pack n play comes in close but I'm not extremely sure how useful the extra newborn napper will prove to me. I wish the napper was a snap on snap on attachment. That way it would be easier to switch back and forth between the napper and the bassinet. I just put this pack n play together and it took me 40 minutes to install the bassinet, the changing table and the napper from start to finish. I consider that easy set up. I'm not the mechanical one in the family by any means. I followed the instructions but had to modify them to make things easier. (I have read reviews that say there are no instructions but the instruction booklet is attached to the back of the pack n play pad) I recommend taking the side clamps of the bassinet off while you are trying to install the napper and then reattaching the clips once the napper bars are connected. That will save about ten minutes. Maybe I just missed that in the instructions. The changing pad seems sturdy but we never used this feature on our last pack n play and probably will not on this one either. It's much easier to change a new baby at waist height not bending over in my opinion. The vibration unit and the sound/music/light unit are easy and simple to connect but I do miss the mobile from our last pack n play. I love the quilted pack n play pad. It seems so much softer and durable than the last one. The pack n play over all is sturdy. I suggest buying a Rover Gear Easton Travel Playard Bag, Blackto travel with. The Graco storage bag that comes with will not stand up long. The Graco storage bag would be ideal for storing the bassinet, changing pad and newborn napper when not in use. I do not believe that all the items will fit into the Graco bag together to begining with. I only gave it 4 stars because we won't be able to try out all the features right now. Maybe one day I will be able to change it to 5 stars!

We received the pack-n-play in perfect condition. Good packaging. The pack-n-play itself was VERY easy to assemble...as all are. It took a bit more time than I expected to put the changing table and napper in place. The instructions were not totally clear to me, but it still wasn't that hard. It just took more time than I thought it would for a pack n play. Now that i know how to do it, I took it down in no time. The material on the napper is very soft. The colors are very neutral and can work for any baby. The sounds and music are very nice and the volume can be set pretty low which is nice. The vibration works well too, although I do not notice much difference between the low and high settings. Overall this is a great unit and I am very happy with the purchase.



The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I wish there was some way the napper and changing table could fold into the travel bag....or at least could fold into their own little bag. I know that you'd only need these two items for a short period of time and you may not want a larger bag for the pack n play to accommodate them when you may only haul them around iwht you for the first 2-3 months. However, you have to completely take them apart and use a trash bag to travel with them.

I have owned 2 other Graco Pack - n - Plays before this one. It didn't get 5 stars for several reasons...

CONS:

1. The newborn napper is a bit awkward to put in and take out. It's got a metal frame that gets inserted into loops of fabric on the bassinet attachment. It's harder to get out than it is to put in.

2. You can't leave the napper in when you fold the whole thing up, so you have to take it out and put it in A LOT if you plan to use this anywhere like daycare. This didn't turn out to be a big deal for us because our daughter hated the napper. She slept just fine in the bassinet, but wouldn't sleep for beans in the napper!

3. The changing table has a board in it to keep it stable, but it's a few inches short on width, so it slides to one side, and so does the baby.

4. With the exception of the newborn napper, none of the fabric is washable. I really wish Graco would make these things easier to keep clean!



PROS:

1. Durable fabric. I love Graco for this, but wish they would make the fabric removable for washing. My babies never eat in their "beds" but even slobber and nighttime drool / spit up can take a toll.

2. Roomy. It's bigger than some of the less expensive models.

3. Ease of setup and take down. There are no slots for the bars to sit in and pop out of. The buttons on the rails are not so easy to push that my 4 year old could do it, but not so hard to push that my grandmother couldn't do it.

4. Portability. I wish the accessories were easier to take along, but overall, I have always loved the nice, compact bag the pack-n-play fits into. The wheels make it easy to move around within a room, too.





I wish it were a bit less expensive, but quality costs money. It IS heavy, but if it were any lighter, I'd wonder how it could possibly support my child as she got older. Overall, I love the product. I just wish you could wash it all!

This is a pretty good choice of pack-n-play. We purchased this to match the Abbington Travel system. The changer attachment works very well when your baby is young, probably until about 2 months old, then starts sagging a little under the weight. The bassinet is a good accessory and works well. It folds up pretty quick and easy into a small bag that you can easily check at the airport. Overall, a pretty good choice.

This is a great bed. Very convenient to travel with compared to a portable play yard. Also very easy to put up and take down. HOWEVER the zipper on our case broke after two uses (we never forced the bed into the case). I have called customer service two times, and they have agreed to send a new case, but three weeks later I have not received the case. Another call and another promise to send a case. Maybe we just had bad luck, but the bed itself is wonderful. Just frustrating that the travel case isn't holding up.

I can't stop raving about this crib. Yes it is more expensive than other travel cribs, but as I have always found with everything in life, you get what you pay for. This crib is one of the few things you will buy for your baby that will actually be used again and again until they are 3+ years old. We used it first with our 6 week old on a trip to the beach and have since taken it to our friends houses for dinners and weekends away. It is so light and packs up so easily, sets up in less than 30 seconds and our baby girl (now 4 months) loves sleeping in it. My husband took it with him to his friend's house last night for a father/daughter football night and it worked very well. Very intuitive, register for this or buy it yourself, you will not regret it. We plan to not buy a pack and play at all because we love this crib so much.

I cannot recommend this travel crib enough! If you intend to actually travel with a crib, especially by plane, then the Baby Bjorn is unbeatable. It is super light (swing it around light), opens like a pop-tent (it almost makes itself) and the mattress is softer than other cribs (Graco, Chicco, etc.). It uses the standard travel crib sheets, so you can buy the $[...] jersey ones they sell on Amazon (so much softer than than the Graco sheets, and more reasonable than the WAY overpriced Baby Bjorn sheets). No, it doesn't have a gazillion features like some of those cribs...it is just a safe and comfortable place for your child to sleep. But, it is a pleasure to travel with, and many of the features on those other cribs are defunct before your child is 6 months old (bassinet feature, changing table, mobiles). If you are looking for an extra crib in your house (like for taking naps or changing on the first floor), then the Baby Bjorn may not make as much sense. If you are a regular traveler, I would not even look at another product. You will not be disappointed. Look for price drops on Amazon...It occasionally drops below the $[...] mark.

Our 10 month old son loves this crib and so do we.



It takes 2 seconds to assemble and break-down. My wife took it across the country with our son and had no trouble putting it together with kiddo in tow. Try that with your typical porta-crib.



It fits in the stroller storage compartment when it's packed up. It weighs next to nothing. The kiddo loves to bounce around while in it - the sides are soft so he just slams into them and laughs...he also sleeps like a champ in it.



We have a Pack'n'Play as well. It was good as a changing table when he was a newborn but we never took it anywhere - so we just left it downstairs. Those things take too long to break-down, are huge when packed, and are much too heavy to drag around; especially on long trips.



You don't have to check the Bjorn, in fact, you could easily put it into a large piece of luggage.



Best piece of baby gear we own!!

This crib is very lightweight and comes in its own travel case. It is very easy to put together and take apart just make sure to read the instructions. Any regular fitted crib sheet will work on it so you do not need to buy the sheet from Babybjorn. Great product for travel and we also use it as an extra crib for downstairs.

It's lightweight and has allowed me to get things done and not have to worry about what my daughter is getting into. She can play in there forever and seems to really like it. Very pleased with the purchase. One downside (also listed as an upside) is that it is lightweight. It moves very easily; so like I said, this is a good thing and a bad thing. Just something to keep in mind. We purchased a mat to go under it so it keeps it from sliding all over.

My daughter is one curious little girl. Forget the toys. If she spies a piece of paper across the room, she prefers the paper to her toys. So obviously, I needed some sort of enclosure to "contain" said curiousity. This Playzone was the answer to my prayers. At first I was worried that she'd feel trapped in a cage, but the minute my husband & I placed her inside, she started happily cruising along the walls. Two months later, she still loves her play area- as do we!



If I can make a recommendation, buy at least two extensions. At first, we created an oval with our playzone +2, which gave us just enough room to play inside with our daughter and all her toys. (Any smaller and she wouldn't have any room to navigate with her cart or wagon.) My husband then rearranged it so that our sofa created another wall, therby creating an even larger play area for the little one. Worked even more wonders.



All in all, I highly recommend this. Yes, it's pricey, but well worth the money.

My 1-yr-old is incredibly active, & as much as I love to play with her, I DO have to do other things! So this is a great place to "park" her for a bit, where I know she'll be pretty safe. But even when I do sit down to play, it's easier and more fun because she's contained, and so she's not distracted by whatever else is way across on the other side of the room that just might be more interesting!! BUT, BUY TWO & PUT THEM TOGETHER, & you will get a very good-sized play area (about 6X8 feet, depending on how you shape it) in which you & your child can easily play together (even with a bunch of toys all over AND adding Dad or Grandma!) Oh, & it is RIDICULOUSLY easy to put together & even move from room to room if you need to!

It is a blessing. I can cook or leave the room without fear. It is good size the way it comes, but as he gets older, I will probably order extensions. purchased this playpen for my granddaughter. she was in it for only two weeks and the partical board snapped.leaving her on nothing but a soft bottom. very scarey. so my daughter called graco and they are shipping out another insert. they said this model was discontinued and they have no control how things are stores with amazon. waiting for the new insert. it wont match but at least she will be able to use the playpen. I had one for my grandson from 2000. he used it many years and I used it when company came with kids. I took it out of the attic to use it now in 2009 but it was so badly stained from the condensation I threw it out. so they do make good playpens. I would recommend this one but of a newer model. do not order the one with the bugs on it as displayed.

I love this pack and play. I bought it for my son and we took it every where. I bought one of those fancy ones with all the bells and whistles and it was too heavy and had too many parts to take down and put back together and it was a bother to move. I foud the simple easy set up was perfect. We loved the bright colors, it takes two seconds to set up and it was very easy to take where ever we went. The product is well built and sturdy. I am buying a second one so I can give it to my neice as a gift. I am also thinking of buying another for my girlfriend who is also expecting. I would recommend this pack n play to anyone considering buying a portable play yard.

This is a simple pack and play, without some of the bells and whistles that are found on more expensive models, which does what it's supposed to. I bought 2 of these, one for the grandparent's house, and one to keep upstairs in our room (so that my wife can keep an eye on our daughter while she showers, for example). We have a Chicco Lullaby LX Playard downstairs in the family room which we bought when our daughter was an infant. I'll add some points of comparison between the Chicco and the Graco at the end of the review.



If you've used a pack and play before, you'll find setting the Graco Pack 'n Play intuitive and easy; it works just like all of the other pack and plays/play yards--unfold and lock the top rails, push down the center support, put the "floor" (mattress) in place. If you haven't, the instructions are straightforward and easy.



The Gracos all seem to be highly rated by Consumer Reports (although they do not rate this particular model) and they all appear to be safe (no extraneous straps, no large holes/slots for limbs or heads to be caught in, etc.). This model does come with the bassinet attachment (which "raises" the mattress off of the bottom of the play yard--useful for napping infants), but the bassinet should no longer be used once the child can self support (sits on their own).



The Chicco Lullaby LX comes with the bassinet and changing table attachments (along with a few electonic "baby soothing" goodies) so it adds to the complexity of the setup. It also more than twice as expensive (almost 3 times as much!). It is, however the top rated play yard by Consumer Reports. If you need the extras, by all means go for the Chicco Lullaby LX Playard. Otherwise, the Graco Pack 'n Play makes for a wonderful primary play yard and also does well as a secondary play yard (which is what we're using it for).

we use this as a regular bed for our daughter and she loves it. we own this for about 6 months now and everything is good so far. Its very easy to fold it and pack. the very reason we love it because it has just the basic needs a pack n play should have. Not less not more. we used the full size bassinet till she was able to stand up holding the side bars. we took out the bassinet after that and put the sheet in the bottom.
